07 Oct 2020 : Linnets swoop for Seagulls skipper Tom McCready

Calum McIntyre has added experience in midfield with the capture of Colwyn Bay skipper Tom McCready.

With Tier Two football in Wales still suspended, the Cymru North club have facilitated the move to The Millbank for the 29-year-old.

Tom brings goals as well as his knowhow, having scored 23 times in 81 appearances for the Seagulls.

Tom is an Everton youth graduate, who had two seasons with League Two Exeter City, scoring in a League Cup tie against Sunderland.

He has also been with Altrincham, Chester and Morecambe as well having a spell in America on a scholarship with Limestone College.

Tom signed for Bay after initially arriving on loan from AFC Fylde.

Welcome to Runcorn Linnets, Tom. We hope your time with us will be happy and enjoyable!
