23 Feb 2019 : Wigan Athletic goalkeeper Jordan Perrin makes debut for Runcorn Linnets

Goalkeeper Jordan Perrin made his Runcorn Linnets debut in this afternoon's 2-2 draw after joining the Linnets on loan from Wigan Athletic.

Jordan has been with the Latics since March 2016 and graduated from their Academy to sign professional forms this summer.

He had spent two years in their Under 18s, saving a penalty in the EFL Youth Alliance Cup final against Luton Town at the end of 2017-18.

The Kent-born 'keeper is physically powerful, has good ability in his shot stopping and dominates his area well.

He arrived at Wigan from Arsenal, having also represented Charlton Athletic.

This season has already seen Jordan spend time on loan firstly in the Hallmark Security League with Stockport Town and then at FC United of Manchester of National League North.

We welcome Jordan to the Millbank Linnets Stadium.
